Mass Intentions Request Form

Mass Intentions provide a spiritual gift to those you love through prayer. It tells the recipient that they are not alone in these moments. Mass intentions are a Catholic gift of prayer, asking God to bless them with his Spirit of love and peace.

 Mass intentions can be offered to those who have passed away (for the repose of their soul) or to the living for special intentions, such as Birthdays, Anniversaries or for healing.

NOTE: If your request date for Mass Intentions is sooner than TWO WEEKS from today,
            please contact Kimmee (kimmee@stthomassj.org) or call her at the parish office for your request.

Mass Intention Request

Date of Mass Request has to be at least TWO WEEKS from today's form submission date.

If you have need for an earlier date, please contact Kimmee at the parish office.


Mass intentions request can be for the following days of the week:

Wednesday  8:30am

Thursday       8:30am

Friday             8:30am

Saturday       5:15pm

Sunday         10:00am


For Saturday and Sunday Mass Intentions, the parish office will confirm with you on your request.
